Ōmokoroa Country Estate required a comprehensive brochure that could present its homes, facilities and coastal lifestyle in a warm, aspirational and easy-to-navigate format.

The design needed to communicate more than the practical details of retirement living. It also had to capture the estate’s sense of community, connection to nature and location on the Ōmokoroa Peninsula, while making a substantial amount of information feel clear and inviting.

A refined editorial system was developed using elegant typography, spacious layouts, soft natural colours and full-page photography. The 20-page brochure brings together lifestyle imagery, location information, maps, home features, indoor and outdoor facilities, financial commitments and contact details within one consistent visual narrative.

The result is an informative yet emotionally engaging sales brochure that helps prospective residents imagine everyday life at the estate while giving them the practical information needed to take the next step.
